individualIn normal circumstances SAPTU gives advice regarding various aspects. These include salary negotiations, disciplinary hearings, Commission for Conciliation, Mediation Arbitration (CCMA) matters, Labour Court and other negotiations.

SAPTU believes that members, branch management and internal union representatives must obtain the knowledge to identify and deal with basic aspects of labour relations.
