DISCIPLINARY HEARINGS, SUBSTANTIVE NEGOTIATIONS, CCMA

SAPTU was recently involved in various matters and disputes which included disciplinary hearings, substantive Negotiations and CCMA cases. In this regard we refer, inter-alia, to:

• Disciplinary Hearings – National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS) – senior employees in Cape Town.
• Disputes on unilateral change of Conditions of Service – Legal Aid Board-sa 13th Cheque payment
• CCMA-case – SAPTU Productivity sa – Interpretation of constitution of Bargaining Forum and Collective Agreement regarding conditions of an Agreement reached in the Bargaining Forum.
• Serious misconduct against senior employees – University of Johannesburg.
